Mid Blockchain Developer

You'll join an agile team designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions and systems. You will develop and deploy smart contracts, making sure they run securely and efficiently. You'll be involved in the full blockchain development lifecycle, from concept through implementation and beyond, working closely with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain functionalities seamlessly. You'll continuously research and adopt new tools and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem, keep documentation of blockchain components up to date, and share your expertise on blockchain solutions during team meetings and brainstorming sessions, always adhering to industry standards for security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an agile team to design, implement, and maintain blockchain-based solutions and systems
• Develop and deploy smart contracts, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently
• Contribute to the full blockchain development lifecycle, from concept to implementation and beyond
• Work closely with both frontend and backend teams to implement seamless integration of blockchain functionalities
• Continuously research and implement new technologies and tools in the blockchain ecosystem to enhance product capabilities
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to blockchain components, such as smart contract specifications and architectural overviews
• Provide expertise on blockchain capabilities, solutions, and possible implementations during team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Ensure all blockchain implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices, especially in security and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a blockchain developer
• In-depth experience with smart contract development, testing, and deployment
• Proficiency in Solidity and other blockchain programming languages such as Rust and Go
• Familiarity with blockchain frameworks and platforms, like Truffle, Hardhat, Substrate, etc.
• Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, token standards, and decentralized governance
• Experience with off-chain technologies, including Oracle services, layer-2 solutions, and side-chains
• Solid understanding of cryptographic principles underpinning blockchain technologies
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers
• Continual learning attitude, staying updated with emerging trends and best practices
• Residing in the European Union
