Mid Data Engineer (SAP BO)
Summary
Designs and maintains SAP BusinessObjects Universes and data pipelines, configures user permissions, and collaborates on reporting solutions using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Universes.
- Manage SAP BO upgrades, migrations, and release deployments across environments.
- Design and optimize high-performance data pipelines and data models.
- Configure user groups, permissions, and security within SAP BusinessObjects.
- Perform database migrations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Contribute to the automation of deployment and release processes.
🛠️ What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) (mandatory).
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as:
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- Dataiku
- Understanding of data modeling, database administration, and release management.
- Experience with digital product deployments or third-party data governance is a plus.
