We believe in technology that makes healthcare more accessible, efficient, and human‑centered.

Role overview

Join our team and help shape the infrastructure powering innovative healthcare solutions!

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who knows how to design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability. You’ll play a key role in shaping our tooling, workflows, and DevOps culture across projects.

If you enjoy solving real‑world problems, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to make an impact in HealthTech – let’s talk!

Requirements

  • 2‑3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or as a developer with strong infrastructure ownership
  • Strong Docker skills – you've containerized and deployed production applications and know the ecosystem well (images, networking, volumes, compose, registries)
  • Deep understanding of how HTTP servers and web applications work under the hood – reverse proxies, TLS, load balancing, debugging issues across the stack
  • Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Ansible in real projects
  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred)
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • AI‑augmented engineering as your default way of working – daily use of tools like Claude Code or Codex, and an active interest in pushing what’s possible with them
  • Proven initiative and ownership – you spot problems, propose solutions, and ship them without waiting to be asked; side projects and self‑driven work are a strong signal for us
  • Continuous learner mindset – you experiment with new tools and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • A track record of building things on your own initiative – side projects, self‑hosted services, automations, open‑source contributions. Show us what you’ve built!
  • Curiosity, drive to learn fast, and ownership of your work – we care more about what you can figure out than what you already know
  • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+) and Polish (C1+)

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on AWS experience
  • Experience with an observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, or similar)
  • Background as a software developer – highly valued, it makes you a better DevOps partner for dev teams
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization
  • Open‑source contributions

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across multiple teams
  • Design and maintain containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes basics)
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and solve infrastructure challenges
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and conduct post‑mortem analyses
  • Automate operational tasks and build internal tooling to increase team efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow, and help others do the same
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and architecture decisions for team knowledge sharing
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and bring concrete improvement proposals to the table

What We Value

  • Clarity in focus and dedication to building digital products that elevate healthcare and improve quality of life.
  • Flair to face challenges with boldness, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Grit to take ownership, stay ambitious, and deliver refined, high‑quality solutions.
  • Impact through meaningful innovation that makes pioneering medical discoveries accessible and human‑centered.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non‑technical individuals, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iteration with users.
