Mid Level Interior Designer / Design Project Manager (Post-Contract Focus) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Company: Leading Real Estate Developer Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Project Manager (site) specializing in post-contract delivery, shop drawing reviews, and site execution for luxury, high-end residential developments. The ideal candidate will bridge design intent and on-site construction, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely execution for premium residential properties across Dubai. Key Responsibilities Post-Contract Supervision & Management: * Oversee post-contract interior design activities, site implementation, and project delivery to ensure alignment with design specifications and budget requirements. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with high-end luxury finishing standards. Shop Drawings & Technical Review: * Review, critique, and approve contractor shop drawings, joinery/millwork details, material submittals, and mock-ups. * Resolve site-level technical details, clashes, and design issues efficiently to prevent project delays. Site Coordination & Stakeholder Management: * Act as the primary liaison between main contractors, interior design consultants, MEP engineers, and specialist subcontractors on site. * Coordinate Request for Information (RFI) responses, Variation Orders (VOs), and design adjustments required during execution. Project Delivery & Handover: * Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final inspection processes for completed residential units prior to client handover. * Monitor project progress against master baseline schedules and report risks or delays to project leadership.

Candidate Requirements Education: *Bachelor's degree in interior architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant Engineering field. Experience: * 5-8 years of experience in interior design and project management, with a strong focus on post-contract execution. * Demonstrated track record of delivering high-end residential projects (luxury villas, high-rise luxury apartments, or bespoke residential developments). * Proven experience working with top-tier developers, main contractors, or high-end interior design consultancies in Dubai/UAE. Technical Skills: * Exceptional knowledge of detailed shop drawings, joinery, fit-out detailing, MEP integration, and interior finishes. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools. * In-depth understanding of local UAE building codes, civil defense regulations, and authority approvals. Soft Skills: * Excellent communication, negotiation, and site coordination capabilities. * High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
