Mid-Level Agency Designer
Summary
A mid-level designer joins a creative marketing agency's team (placed via Intelus Agency) on a part- or full-time basis, producing social media graphics, web page layouts, and print collateral while applying brand guidelines. Core tools are Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with Figma a plus; the role is remote from Manila.
The Opportunity
Our client is a creative marketing agency working across branding, digital, and traditional media for a range of clients. We're looking for a part time to full time mid-level designer depending on workload demand who can move comfortably between social content, web design, and print production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics and content across platforms (static and carousel)
- Build web page layouts and design assets for client websites, working from content plans through to polished visuals
- Design print collateral: brochures, signage, packaging, direct mail, and other physical deliverables
- Support brand guide development and apply existing brand systems consistently across deliverables
- Collaborate with design directors, account managers, strategists, and other team members to move projects from concept to final files
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients and mediums
Prepare and package files for print vendors and web developers
Compensation
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.
Monthly compensation ranges from ₱35,000 – ₱45,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.
Required Skills
2-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency setting
A portfolio showing range across social, web, and print work
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience a plus
- Understanding of print production basics (bleed, color modes, file prep) and web design fundamentals (responsive layout, basic UX principles)
- Ability to take creative direction and brand guidelines and execute cleanly within them
- Strong time management and communication skills for a fast-moving, multi-client environment
