Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic and innovative architectural team. As a Mid-Level Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural design concepts that meet client requirements, project objectives, and regulatory standards.
  • Project Development: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools, including technical drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Construction Oversight: Provide construction administration and on-site supervision to ensure that architectural designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with approved plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to integrate architectural design with other project elements.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, and apply them to enhance the organization's architectural capabilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Architect, including demonstrated involvement in architectural design, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques, with the ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address architectural design challenges.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Time Management: Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
