Job Description
We are looking for a professional with a consultative and results-oriented profile who acts strategically in the management and expansion of a mass-market client portfolio, combining Hunter skills (generating new opportunities) and Farmer skills (protecting and growing existing revenue).
- Portfolio Management: Protection, Revenue Growth, and strategic relationship actions;
- Identify new growth avenues with existing clients in the portfolio;
- Strategic commercial activity;
- Mapping the portfolio to identify opportunities;
- Active listening regarding the real needs of clients, the market, and competitor movements, collecting and sharing relevant feedback with the product area and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roles with a hybrid Hunter and Farmer profile;
- Experience with data visualization;
- Experience in managing a mass-market portfolio, i.e., with a high volume of clients;
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile;
- Analytical vision for interpreting indicators and data-driven decision-making;
- Knowledge of Salesforce tools and client management for portfolio tracking;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
