Location: New York, NY — Hybrid. Enjoy working in our Manhattan office Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays and additional designated periods throughout the year.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your transactional expertise while working on complex, high-impact real estate matters.In this role, you will:

• Represent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and other commercial real estate contracts.
• Advise on real estate financing, private equity investments, and fund formation matters.
• Support commercial leasing transactions and complex real estate investment structures.
• Conduct due diligence, evaluate transaction risks, and coordinate key aspects of transaction closings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, investors, lenders, and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage meaningful transactional responsibilities while continuing to strengthen your legal expertise.
• Contribute to a collaborative team handling sophisticated real estate transactions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, or commercial leasing.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and work effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
• Experience at a reputable commercial law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
