Mid-Level Conversational Designer Exclusive for People with Disabilities

You will design and evolve conversational journeys across chat, virtual assistants, and AI-based experiences. You will structure conversation flows and handoffs, define language and tone strategies, research customer needs, turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences, analyze results, prototype, test hypotheses, and develop conversational-design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve conversational journeys for chat, virtual assistants, and AI-based experiences
• Structure conversation flows, states, exceptions, handoffs, and alternative paths
• Define language, tone of voice, and conversational guardrails
• Conduct discovery, research, and analysis of customer needs
• Transform complex business rules and requirements into intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data on solutions
• Analyze metrics, results, and feedback to identify improvements
• Create prototypes, test hypotheses, and iterate based on evidence
• Contribute conversational design standards, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience in Product Design, Content Design, Interaction Design, or related areas
• Ability to structure user-centered experiences
• Interest in AI, language, and technology
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to use data and evidence in decision-making
