Location & Work Model: Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days per week).
As a Mid-Level Cybersecurity Compliance & Data Analysis Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to safeguarding digital assets and ensuring regulatory adherence. You will help streamline control processes, analyze crucial data, and support the adoption of secure software delivery practices across Cybersecurity teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact enterprise security standards and foster continuous improvement in software delivery workflows.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various sources to inform priorities and drive actionable outcomes.
- Plan and execute control checks for Cyber changes and applications; track results, actions, and closures within BAU processes.
- Define criteria for optimal compliance ("good compliance") in SDLC and DEPL controls; coach teams on best practices and support remediation efforts.
- Facilitate the production of complete, audit-ready evidence (testing, approvals, change records) and maintain accurate regulatory reports.
- Monitor DevOps metrics to identify trends and outliers; recommend corrective actions to enhance delivery performance.
- Develop and deliver training, guidance, and communication to support adherence to SDLC and DEPL processes, including new checks and metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to clarify expectations, drive decision-making, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Simplify workflows and documentation to improve compliance ease for engineering teams.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in an Agile software delivery environment, such as Change/Control Analyst, Business Analyst, or Test Analyst.
- Working knowledge of change delivery processes and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent).
- Understanding of GRC concepts and control-based working methods.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including running workshops and influencing teams.
- Solid reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint, process mapping tools like Visio or equivalent).
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and end-to-end SDLC, including CI/CD.
- Experience working with DevOps metrics and performance measurements.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, IIBA, Agile/SAFe).
- Familiarity with application security testing/scanning concepts (SAST/DAST/MAST) and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel Power Query, or Google Data Studio.

- Fluent English (good command).
