Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-level Analyst to work in Customer Experience Operations, with a focus on generating insights, analyzing customer behavior, and monitoring product performance. This person will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information that supports decision-making and drives continuous improvements in customer experience and business results.

The position requires strong analytical capacity, the ability to build executive dashboards, and the development of in-depth studies on product usage, adoption, and performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and executive reports to track customer experience, usage, and product performance indicators.
  • Perform exploratory analyses and data studies to identify behaviors, trends, usage profiles, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop metrics, indicators, and analytical models that support decision-making for product, operations, and business areas.
  • Extract, manipulate, and consolidate large volumes of data from different sources.
  • Prepare executive presentations with data-driven storytelling, translating complex analyses into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, identifying deviations, opportunities, and risks.
  • Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and transform demands into analytical solutions.
  • Support initiatives for automation, operational efficiency, and the evolution of the area's analytical maturity.
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analyses, generate insights, and increase the productivity of analytical processes.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Technical knowledge

  • Experience in data analysis and generating business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in building executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Knowledge of AWS environments.
  • Experience in building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data exploration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications focused on productivity, data analysis, and insight generation.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Success, Operations, or Products.
  • Knowledge of customer experience metrics, customer journey, and product adoption indicators.
  • Experience with analytical process automation.
  • Experience in large-scale data environments and cloud ecosystems.

Position objective: to generate business intelligence from data, supporting the evolution of customer experience and the maximization of Serasa Experian product results through robust analyses, strategic dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
