TMB is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Systems Analyst to lead financial planning, performance management, and budget execution support for Navy customers at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and management of annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and financial forecasts.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.
- Analyze complex budgetary issues and recommend solutions.
- Support strategic resource planning activities.
- Prepare executive-level financial briefings and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
- Experience supporting government financial management programs.
- Advanced analytical and communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
