As a Mid-Level Business/System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, specializing in developing complex products related to interest rates and deposits. Your role will focus on analyzing and documenting business and system requirements, modeling processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze and document detailed business and system requirements for financial products, focusing on interest rates and deposits.
- Model business processes using BPMN and other methodologies to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and process optimization to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications.
- Assist in system integration and data analysis using SQL, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to UAT testing and support regulatory and operational processes.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure project objectives are met within scope and deadlines.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or business analysis within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of interest rate products, deposit processes, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and requirements documentation.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis for financial transactions.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluent command of English and Polish.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience in Markets or Treasury domains.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks within finance.
- Certification or experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
