D&G Support Services is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with a business-intelligence focus to support IGC application modernization, reporting, analytics, and software delivery. In this role, you will develop front-end and back-end application components, APIs, SQL-based data services, and Apache Superset capabilities supporting mission-critical transportation and logistics operations.

This position offers the opportunity to combine full-stack development, business intelligence, data integration, and secure software delivery within an Agile and DevSecOps environment.

What You Will Do
• Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain front-end and back-end application components, RESTful APIs, web services, microservices, and integrations supporting IGC reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
• Develop Apache Superset dashboards, datasets, charts, filters, calculated metrics, visualizations, database connections, and role-based access configurations while translating reporting requirements into usable analytics and decision-support capabilities.
• Support modernization of legacy applications and reporting capabilities into secure, maintainable web-based solutions, including migration of approved reporting functionality to Apache Superset or other Government-approved technologies.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL, views, functions, reporting datasets, and data-access components using relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora/RDS, MySQL, SQL Server, or comparable technologies.
• Validate dashboard calculations, business rules, filters, permissions, SQL results, source data, and application outputs while troubleshooting application, API, database, integration, authentication, and performance issues.
• Develop unit, integration, API, database, and functional tests and use Git and established GitLab CI/CD processes to build, test, scan, package, and deploy application and BI changes.
• Support Agile delivery activities, GVT/GAT, release validation, production support, technical documentation, and secure software delivery while applying applicable DoD cybersecurity, RMF, software-assurance, and STIG requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, BI and ETL teams, database engineers, cloud/DevSecOps personnel, cybersecurity teams, functional analysts, Product Owners, testers, and Government stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Required
• Four or more years of professional experience in full-stack software development, BI development, application development, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing front-end and back-end components for enterprise web applications using technologies such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, web services, microservices, or enterprise-system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Superset or a comparable enterprise BI/data-visualization platform, including dashboards, datasets, filters, metrics, and data-source connections.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, and application-to-database integration.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows, automated testing, secure coding, Agile delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements, troubleshoot complex application and data issues, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related software-engineering discipline; or one current certification from the following: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), CyberSec First Responder (CFR), Federal IT Security Professional–Manager (FITSP-M), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), CompTIA Security+, or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).

Preferred
• Experience modernizing SAP Business Objects or other legacy enterprise reporting capabilities to Apache Superset or another modern BI platform.
• Experience with Python, Flask, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET, or comparable technologies used for BI customization and application integration.
• Experience supporting applications in AWS GovCloud or another authorized DoD cloud environment, including Amazon Aurora/PostgreSQL or related data services.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS/EKS, GitLab Runners, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or comparable cloud/DevSecOps technologies.
• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, cargo, passenger, asset-visibility, readiness, or other mission-oriented data and reporting capabilities.

Clearance and Eligibility
• Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one, as required by the contract and assigned duties.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
