The Role: Mid-level Full Stack Developer
This role covers user interfaces, backend services, databases, business workflows, reporting, permissions, APIs, and third-party integrations. It contributes to the business by maintaining and developing the ICMS and support platform, including chatbot integration, ticket management, client and user identification, notifications, screen recordings, and remote support. Key focus areas include owning agreed features and fixes to completion, protecting client data through permissions, and assessing how updates impact connected modules under the CTO's technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
Apply 3 to 5 years of software development experience across backend services, user interfaces, databases, APIs, and workflows.
Develop support platform features including chatbot integration, ticket management, client and user identification, notifications, screen-recording attachments, and remote-support integration.
Troubleshoot existing applications, test changes, and deploy in a Linux environment using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, SQL, REST API, and Git.
Protect client data through appropriate permissions and analyse how changes affect connected modules.
Own agreed features and fixes through to completion under the CTO's technical direction.
Collaborate with support personnel and external technology partners.
Utilize Vue experience, subject to the existing frontend stack.
Utilize experience with AI APIs, Twilio, RustDesk, LMS platforms, and multi-client business applications.
About You
3 to 5 years of development experience.
Strong skills in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, SQL, REST API, and Git.
Practical experience troubleshooting existing applications, testing changes, and deploying in a Linux environment.
Ability to understand how changes affect connected modules and protect client data through appropriate permissions.
Ability to own agreed features and fixes through to completion.
Preferred experience with Vue, subject to the existing frontend stack.
Advantageous experience with AI APIs, Twilio, RustDesk, LMS platforms, and multi-client business applications.
