Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer, Java/React

• Develop and enhance full-stack solutions with technical depth and autonomy


• Work with Java/Node.js backends, React frontends, and React Native mobile applications


• Bring the same functionality and business rules developed for web Internet Banking to mobile


• Maintain the same quality standards and best practices across web and mobile initiatives


• Make technical decisions and drive end-to-end delivery


• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions


• Collaborate with the team and support/mentor less experienced professionals


• Investigate and resolve production incidents


• Work across different technology stacks and initiatives within a growing portfolio

Requirements

• Knowledge of microservices architecture in Java using Quarkus and/or Spring Boot


• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB


• Knowledge of distributed systems: service-to-service communication, queues, caching, resilience, circuit breakers/retries, and stateless design


• Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, TypeScript, state management, forms, and routing


• Strong proficiency in React Native and mobile development concepts, including navigation, native modules, and state management


• Autonomy to develop end-to-end mobile features and ensure feature parity with web Internet Banking functionality


• Experience with mobile security, biometrics/strong authentication, and protection against reverse engineering, such as anti-tampering/RASP


• Hands-on experience with AWS services


• Ability to design cloud solutions, decouple synchronous flows using queues, define bucket access policies, and size containerized resources


• Knowledge of Docker


• Knowledge of clean code, automated testing, code review, and static analysis tools such as SonarQube


• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, log analysis, and production incident investigation


• Knowledge of Node.js/NestJS is a plus


• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Helm is a plus


• Experience with payment systems through channels such as Internet Banking and mobile applications is a plus


• Experience with or knowledge of integrations with core banking products such as Autbank and Matera is a plus


• Familiarity with AI agents and tools as development accelerators is a desirable, non-mandatory differentiator
