Job Description
Key responsibilities:
• Handling judicial and administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Consumer Law, including cases involving the application of Banco Central do Brasil standards and resolutions and related regulations applicable to payment institutions;
• Direct interface and strategy alignment with external partner law firms;
• Supporting various internal areas of the company, contributing to the improvement of workflows and mitigation of legal risks;
• Drafting legal documents of low, medium, and high complexity as well as general extrajudicial notices;
• Monitoring deadlines and managing indicators.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, with an active OAB registration;

Knowledge of Banking Law and Electronic Payment Methods;

Ability to work in a team and multidisciplinary collaboration;

Clear, objective, and assertive verbal and written communication;

Knowledge of how Court of Justice websites and judicial case management systems work;

Organization for the conduct and rigorous control of procedural deadlines;
