THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Product Designer to work directly on the Wellhub app, based in Brazil (Remote)! This is a Remote position for Brazil, which means you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this position is open only to candidates residing in Brazil.

You will support design execution across several key product journeys in the app, working with multidisciplinary squads responsible for the end-to-end user experience, alongside teammates in different regions and time zones.

Your focus will be on UI quality and detailed handoffs: ensuring that design solutions are translated into implementation exactly as intended. You will spend a significant portion of your time in Figma, preparing files, organizing components, and building the design documentation that engineers and, increasingly, our internal AI tools rely on.

You will work closely with Senior Product Designers in these squads, participating in their ceremonies and closely following how product decisions are made. Few junior roles offer such exposure to so many journeys at once.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, genuinely interested in UI refinement, and ready to develop their career in a global product environment.

YOUR IMPACT

• Deliver high-quality UI with strong attention to detail and visual consistency

• Create and maintain clear, organized, and developer-ready handoffs in Figma

• Structure and document design files so they can be accurately consumed by our internal AI tools

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and engineers to support feature delivery

• Help maintain design quality and consistency across the entire Wellhub app experience

• Actively participate in team ceremonies and stay aligned with product priorities

• Continuously develop your skills in UI, product design fundamentals, and AI-assisted design workflows

• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely taking care of your own well-being and that of your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

• A detail-oriented designer who cares deeply about UI quality and visual consistency

• Someone with initial experience or a strong demonstrated interest in digital product design, ideally in tech or startup environments

• Comfortable in Figma: organizing files, working with components, and preparing designs for handoff

• Curious about how AI tools are transforming design work and interested in helping shape this at Wellhub

• Interested in Design Systems and how consistent experiences are scaled and maintained

• A collaborative teammate who works well with designers, Product Managers, and engineers

• Proactive and organized, capable of managing tasks and documentation without the need for close supervision

• Ability to read and write in English for handoffs and documentation, with an interest in improving spoken communication over time
