Mid-Level Program Analyst
Summary
The Mid-Level Program Analyst provides business and program analysis support for federal acquisition services, including reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and experience with government stakeholder reporting.
Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support DOI IBC-AQD Mission Support Services. This position provides program and business analysis support, including assessments, reporting, and process-improvement activities across the acquisition support portfolio.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct program analysis and assessments in support of IBC-AQD leadership priorities.
- Prepare status reports, briefing materials, and metrics packages for Government stakeholders.
- Support process-improvement and efficiency initiatives across acquisition and program operations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, SOPs, and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with acquisition, financial, and grants staff to compile cross-functional reporting.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analytical taskings as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of program analysis or program/business support experience, or 8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.
- S. citizenship required to support this federal contract.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience producing program analysis, assessments, or status reporting for Government stakeholders.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and briefings.
- Experience supporting process-improvement or efficiency initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly supporting a DOI bureau, IBC, or other civilian shared-services program office.
- Experience with Power BI or other data-visualization/dashboard tools.
- PMP or similar program/project management credential.
