Overview
Mid-Level Python Developer - Remote First. OB have partnered with a FinTech company looking to add 2 x Mid-Level Python Developers to their engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CTO & Head of Engineering to influence projects from day one and develop their systems.
In this role, you\'ll design highly complex systems and applications, write high-quality and scalable code, and optimise the performance of Python-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable Python applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CTO and Head of Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
- Write clean, documented code and optimise performance of Python-based systems.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial experience using Python.
- Strong proficiency with Python and experience with Flask or similar frameworks.
- SQL expertise.
- Cloud experience, ideally AWS.
- Computer Science/STEM degree from a top-ranked university.
Location and Work Arrangement
Base salary of £50k-£60k, with a great benefits package included. Flexible with remote working (2-4 office visits per month) with a Central London based office.
