Mid-level QA Engineer – Dynamics 365 CE (Commercial CRM)

Duration: Ongoing, extendable monthly up to 6 months

We're looking for an experienced Tester for our client's Commercial CRM team (Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights), replacing a departing team member. You'll test across multiple D365 modules and help keep quality gates strong before releases.

Key tasks
Write and execute test cases based on user story acceptance criteria
Verify deliverables against acceptance criteria; ensure only approved functionality moves forward
Participate in quality gates (design/test/domain review before development, verification before release)
Log findings clearly in Jira for developers to reproduce and fix
Test across multiple D365 modules
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a testing/QA role
3–5 years' experience with test methodology in advanced Dynamics 365 environments
3–5 years' experience with D365 Customer Service and/or Sales
Agile experience
Strong collaborator, engaged, shares knowledge
Sharp eye for edge cases; structured and thorough
Advanced/fluent English — this is a client-facing role
Familiarity with a relevant testing certification (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus, but not a requirement
Familiarity with test automation in Dynamics 365 (e.g. Playwright or Leapwork) may become relevant, but is not a requirement
