Mid-Level/Senior DevOps Engineer

• Design and maintain GitLab CI pipelines for builds, testing, and synchronization across different code lines
• Automate mirroring between client court repositories and the Infox repository
• Build synchronization cascades between main code lines and project branches
• Implement build and quality gates, as well as exception rules, during synchronization processes
• Create mechanisms to track drift between branches, including dashboards, alerts, and notifications
• Standardize branching strategies, branch protections, naming conventions, and Merge Request templates
• Automate and maintain reproducible staging environments using Docker and WildFly
• Administer permissions, service accounts, and credentials used by automations, following security best practices
• Document pipelines and support the team in adopting new workflows
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product-specific requirements and turn repetitive processes into reliable automations
• Contribute to the evolution of Infox engineering by automating manual processes and standardizing builds, environments, and deployments for PJe solutions

Requirements

• Solid experience with advanced Git, including branching strategies, complex merges, cherry-pick, rebase, merge-tree, and hooks
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, including pipelines, scheduled pipelines, runners, and/or mirroring, or equivalent experience with a willingness to deepen knowledge of GitLab
• Experience building automations using Bash, Python, or an equivalent scripting language
• Experience building multi-module Java/Maven applications
• Practical knowledge of Docker for application builds and packaging
• Knowledge of relational databases and versioned migrations, such as PostgreSQL and Flyway or similar tools
• Ability to investigate issues, propose solutions, and work independently
• Strong communication skills to develop solutions collaboratively with developers and different technical teams
• Preferred: experience with WildFly/JBoss or other Java EE application servers
• Preferred: knowledge of observability tools, dashboards, alerts, and integrations with communication tools
• Preferred: experience in multi-client environments and/or with multiple long-lived branches
• Preferred: experience in Release Engineering or Build Engineering
