Mid-Level Software Developer (.NET and Azure)
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer with strong Microsoft development expertise who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing the company’s in-house LMS/CMS platform and related internal systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing across the full software development lifecycle while building scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
This is a full-time hybrid-remote role working Mondays to Fridays, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH time. The office is located at Ortigas, Pasig.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Software Developer, you will:
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Microsoft technologies
Develop and support applications using C#, Windows Forms, Windows Services, and related .NET technologies
Build and maintain backend services, Azure Functions, and Azure WebApps
Manage and optimize MS SQL databases, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Contribute to source control and deployment processes using Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, and SVN
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders within an agile delivery environment
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
Track, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and proactively contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices
Collaborate with third-party vendors for software integrations when required
Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems and subsystems
Provide accurate work estimates, status updates, and technical recommendations
Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and development best practices
Develop solutions with strong consideration for user experience and business

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Experience with web development technologies such as Angular or React
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Firebase, or similar
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Financial services industry exposure or basic accounting knowledge is considered an asset
