Mid-Level Software Engineer (SaaS & Cloud)

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer with
deep technical capabilities, strong backend skills, and robust DevOps/AWS
expertise to join our team at Blue Pearl. In this role, you will be
instrumental in architecting, building, and scaling our SaaS products. You will
not only write clean, efficient backend code but also take ownership of the
deployment lifecycle, ensuring smart software management and seamless execution
from development to production.

Key Responsibilities
- SaaS & Backend
Development: Leverage
deep technical capabilities to design, build, and maintain scalable,
high-performance backend architectures and enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and
manage robust cloud environments on AWS, ensuring high availability,
security, and cost-efficiency.
- DevOps & Automation: Design and
implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and streamline
continuous integration processes.
- Smart Software
Execution: Apply
modern software management practices to optimize the software lifecycle,
ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with
cross-functional teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate
product requirements into deployable technical solutions.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system
performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively optimize
architecture to handle platform growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a
related technical field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of
proven experience in Software Engineering, with a track record of
delivering production-ready applications.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical
capabilities with a strong focus on backend development (e.g., Java,
Python, Node.js, Go, or C#).
- Cloud Computing: Deep hands-on
experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway,
ECS/EKS).
- DevOps Proficiency: Strong working
knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes,
Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
- SaaS Architecture: Demonstrated
ability to build and scale multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Methodology: Strong
understanding of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based
execution.
Advantageous / Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Active AWS
Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or
DevOps Engineer) is highly advantageous.
- Emerging Tech: Hands-on
experience integrating AI capabilities into product workflows.
- Data & Analytics: Experience
building or integrating automated reporting and data visualization tools
into SaaS platforms.
- Version Control &
CI/CD: Expert
use of Git and collaborative repository management.
