We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer withdeep technical capabilities, strong backend skills, and robust DevOps/AWSexpertise to join our team at Blue Pearl. In this role, you will beinstrumental in architecting, building, and scaling our SaaS products. You willnot only write clean, efficient backend code but also take ownership of thedeployment lifecycle, ensuring smart software management and seamless executionfrom development to production.

Key Responsibilities
- SaaS & BackendDevelopment: Leveragedeep technical capabilities to design, build, and maintain scalable,high-performance backend architectures and enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect andmanage robust cloud environments on AWS, ensuring high availability,security, and cost-efficiency.
- DevOps & Automation: Design andimplement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and streamlinecontinuous integration processes.
- Smart SoftwareExecution: Applymodern software management practices to optimize the software lifecycle,ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely withcross-functional teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to translateproduct requirements into deployable technical solutions.
- System Maintenance: Monitor systemperformance, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively optimizearchitecture to handle platform growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or arelated technical field.
- Experience: 3–5 years ofproven experience in Software Engineering, with a track record ofdelivering production-ready applications.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technicalcapabilities with a strong focus on backend development (e.g., Java,Python, Node.js, Go, or C#).
- Cloud Computing: Deep hands-onexperience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway,ECS/EKS).
- DevOps Proficiency: Strong workingknowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes,Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
- SaaS Architecture: Demonstratedability to build and scale multi-tenant SaaS products.
