Mid-Level Software Engineer SRE

You will serve as an infrastructure reference for business squads and help improve application reliability, availability, and performance. You will build monitoring dashboards, metrics, and alerts; investigate and resolve production incidents; advance observability and automation; and help implement cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as an infrastructure reference for business squads
- Improve application reliability, availability, and performance
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, metrics, and alerts
- Identify and resolve production incidents and problems
- Improve system observability
- Support automation and continuous operational improvement
- Partner with development teams on architecture and operational best practices
- Implement and evolve solutions in AWS cloud environments
- Contribute to the stability of high-volume critical systems
Requirements
- Experience in SRE, infrastructure, platform, or cloud roles
- Practical experience with AWS environments
- Knowledge of ECS, EKS, networking, and infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and alert management
- Knowledge of distributed environments and microservices architectures
- Experience resolving incidents and improving operations
- Experience with agile methodologies
