What you will do

Be the link between client needs and the team that builds them, and own the requirements at every stage from discovery to accepted delivery.

• Take ownership of the requirements for your features from discovery to accepted delivery, and own a feature or work stream from first client conversation to acceptance as your scope grows
• Run discovery with clients and stakeholders, and turn what you hear into clear, testable specifications
• Model processes and data flows so engineers, testers, and clients see the same picture
• Join planning and refinement sessions, keep requirements current as the work moves, and ask early when something is unclear
• Work with engineers and testers on trade-offs, and shape the feature with the client
• Review AI-generated requirements and specification drafts, keep what holds up, and take responsibility for what ships
• Coach newer analysts on your team through reviews and pairing as your experience grows

Your Skills and Experience

What you bring

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in business analysis.
  • For senior scope, 5+ years, including 2+ years independently owning the requirements for a feature or workstream
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• English proficiency: equivalent to C1 in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), especially speaking
• AI proficiency: Practitioner level at minimum, meaning you follow the rules for safe use of data with AI, verify AI output against its source, give tools the context they need, and keep human-in-the-loop oversight on your own judgment calls. For senior scope, Independent level, meaning you apply AI to hard, ambiguous work, handle safe use of data beyond the stated rules, scale verification to risk, and decide where AI stops, keeping human-in-the-loop oversight even under deadline pressure

• Awareness of, growing to applied experience in:
  • technical foundations (APIs, data, integrations)

Strong advantage
