About the Role
Join a small team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturers. You will help deliver product features that streamline complex pricing, quoting, and sales workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
Own product features across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency requirements for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
Experience working at a startup and hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems in production.
Demonstrated experience with production agent orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience using Next.js.
Curiosity about AI and an active interest in current tools and techniques.
Experience building customer-facing products in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
