Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer
About the Role
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and commercial workflow tools for manufacturing businesses. You will ship product features that help automate quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship end-to-end AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Address GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at a startup.
At least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience using Next.js.
Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products beyond standard chatbot use.
Production experience orchestrating agents, with projects using an agentic framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
Curiosity about AI and an active interest in emerging tools and techniques.
Comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage product environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, United States, five days per week.
