Mid/Senior Salesforce Consultant
At NoA Ignite, we design and build digital products and platforms that create real business value. With more than 400 designers, developers, and strategists across the Nordics and Poland, we combine strategic thinking with hands-on craft — and we're now looking for a Salesforce Consultant who does exactly the same.
The Role
This isn't a role where you advise from a distance. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, shape the right solutions, and then build them yourself. You'll be a trusted partner to stakeholders — guiding decisions, spotting opportunities, and leading implementations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
You'll own the full arc of Salesforce engagements: from early discovery and requirement workshops to advanced configuration, flow setup, Apex development, and integration work. You'll lead client relationships with confidence, proactively identifying where new solutions can add value — and you'll be just as comfortable presenting to a business stakeholder as writing the code that makes it happen. Project management sits naturally in your toolkit, and you'll drive implementations forward with structure and ownership, keeping both the technical detail and the bigger picture in view.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience working with CRM or business systems
Solid Salesforce experience — or strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics, HubSpot, ERP, or BI tools
Confident with advanced configuration, flow automation, and system integrations
Comfortable leading client and stakeholder conversations
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce AI components or integration patterns involving AI
Experience writing Apex classes or similar object-oriented code
Project management experience or formal PM training
Background in systems science, computer science, or a related technical field
In-house experience where you drove process ownership and change with stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who's grown tired of just talking about solutions — you want to build them. You move proactively, not reactively, and you bring clients along with you through clear thinking and genuine credibility. You're commercial enough to see the bigger opportunity in a client relationship, and technical enough to deliver on it. People enjoy working with you — at the desk and at the client. You probably use AI tools in your daily workflow already, not as a novelty, but because they make your delivery sharper.
What We Offer
A hybrid, flexible work model
A cross-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, and strategists who care deeply about craft
Real ownership of client engagements — from advisory to delivery
A culture that values impact over buzzwords and growth over silos
