Key Responsibilities
Lead greenfield development of cloud-based digital platforms used by consumers and enterprise clients
Architect, design, and code scalable backend systems
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine requirements and shape technology roadmaps
Implement and enhance agile development practices (CI/CD, TDD)
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks
Drive innovation in data-driven, dynamic retailing solutions
Required Experience & Skills
Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful services, and MongoDB
Proven track record in designing and building mission-critical, high-performance web applications
Strong delivery mindset focused on building solutions, not just technology
Experience with systems such as:
- Payment integrations
- Reservation platforms
- Customer profile management
- Content management systems
- Data collection, storage, and processing frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps practices and web security principles
Exposure to performance testing frameworks and tools
