About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level AI Automation Engineer to build and maintain LLM-powered automations that improve our support operations.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain LLM-powered automations for support workflows.
Integrate LLM models and third-party services through REST APIs.
Design, test, and refine prompts; evaluate model outputs for quality and reliability.
Create lightweight internal tools and UI components using HTML and CSS.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations running in production.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in software or automation engineering.
Hands-on experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
Strong experience working with REST APIs.
Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
Solid programming skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.
Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
Frontend development background (e.g., React, Vue, or a similar framework).
