Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to innovative projects in the Blockchain and Web3 domain.

This role is a great fit for someone with a strong background in business analysis within outsourcing/software development companies who understands the fundamentals of blockchain and crypto ecosystems and is comfortable working directly with stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, preferably within outsourcing companies.
• Solid understanding of Blockchain and Web3 fundamentals, including:
  • DeFi and NFTs;
  • Ethereum ecosystem;
  • Polkadot and Substrate-based blockchains;
  • cross-chain communication and interoperability;
  • Layer 2 (L2) infrastructure and its use cases;
  • ZK (Zero-Knowledge) technology and ZK-rollups.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency systems and digital assets.
• Strong experience with requirements management throughout the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and change management.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience participating in Presales activities, including requirements discovery, solution discussions, estimations, and preparation of project documentation.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
