At EPC Network, we're not just a digital marketing company, we're a platform for career transformation and personal growth. Our people-first approach shapes our corporate culture, fostering a team of passionate, smart, and energetic individuals who strive to grow professionally in an international, fast-paced environment.
As a Business/System Analyst, you'll turn raw business ideas into clear, buildable requirements — collecting requests from stakeholders, researching how a solution can technically work, and handing the dev team specs they can start on without a round of follow-up questions. You will work closely with the Technical Director, Tech Lead, 2 PMs, and stakeholders across the company (from CMO to marketing specialists), and report to the Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders, including vague or "raw" requests
- Analyze requirements for logical conflicts, edge cases, and integration risks
- Research possible solutions end-to-end when the business defines only the problem, not the approach
- Prepare clear tasks for the development team: user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications
- Take part in grooming/refinement sessions with the Technical Director and dev team
- Support the team throughout development — clarify requirements, answer questions
- Validate integration scenarios and business logic before handing tasks over to development
- Document processes and business logic
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Hands-on experience gathering and formalizing requirements in product teams
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes
- Technical background: backend/frontend interaction, APIs, 3rd-party integrations
- Ability to validate hypotheses in practice — API calls, test requests, working with provider documentation
- Active use of AI tools to speed up your own work
- Experience with Atlassian products
- English at a confident working communication level
- Comfortable working with undefined or unstructured business requests

- Bonuses according to the policy
- 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
