About the role

The client is a multinational technology corporation recognized for its innovation and leadership in the software, hardware, and cloud computing industries, renowned for developing and delivering cutting-edge products and services that empower individuals and businesses worldwide.

The Sales Copilot team is developing a solution designed to boost sales productivity based on an AI assistant. The team focuses on building the solution's infrastructure, improving telemetry and diagnostics frameworks, and integrating with third-party services using advanced tools and technologies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET, including practical, hands-on project involvement and a thorough understanding of C#/.NET frameworks
• Strong understanding and practical experience with the ASP.NET Core framework
• Understanding of SQL fundamentals, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, knowledge of relational database concepts such as tables, indexes, and relationships, and familiarity with basic SQL operations such as CRUD
• Proficiency in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development workflows, combined with a strong understanding of AI extensibility patterns, concepts, and integrations (AI Agents, MCP, tool/function calling, AI Skills)

Nice to have

• Experience in frontend development, particularly with React and TypeScript
• Experience working with Azure services and platforms, including cloud computing, storage, networking, and security; specific familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing software development projects, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing
• Familiarity with PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks within our infrastructure
• Solid understanding of MSBuild, including creating and managing project files, defining build configurations, and customizing build processes
• Experience building scalable AI applications using OpenAI/Anthropic platforms, with expertise in prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, embeddings, and model parameter tuning

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure for an AI-assistant solution focused on boosting sales productivity
• Improve telemetry and diagnostics frameworks to enhance service visibility and reliability
• Integrate with third-party services using advanced tools and technologies
• Build and maintain backend components with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
• Collaborate with the team on development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the solution
