We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable reporting solutions, develop dimensional data models, automate analytics processes, and create dashboards that improve visibility into business performance. We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience who combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of modern data platforms.
Required for this role
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA), reporting, data modeling, and data visualization
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Adobe Analytics
Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery
Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling
Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, fluent Ukrainian, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to collaboration
Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
Build and maintain dimensional data models that support reporting and self-service analytics
Perform EDA, validate data quality, and ensure the reliability of reporting outputs
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements
Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs
Present analytical findings and recommendations while supporting improvements in reporting standards, data governance, and analytics best practices
