Middle Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge reporting and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in Power BI, data modeling, and modern data ecosystem integration.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and governed reporting architecture using Power BI
- Define strategies for semantic layers, dataset architecture, and workspace governance
- Develop and optimize complex dashboards and executive-level reports
- Create advanced DAX measures and calculated columns
- Configure row-level security (RLS) and implement data access controls
- Collaborate with data engineers to define and validate curated datasets
- Ensure data transformations align with enterprise standards and are accurately reconciled
- Monitor and resolve performance issues in reports and datasets
- Establish best practices for report lifecycle management and large-scale deployments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and define version control strategies for Power BI artifacts
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies
- Set up naming conventions and documentation standards for reporting solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX at an advanced level, and data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
- Competency in SQL and experience designing enterprise reporting solutions
- Understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure; experience with Databricks is a plus
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
