We’re looking for a proactive Middle DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll help maintain and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, support AWS/Terraform infrastructure, work alongside experienced engineers on AWS, Terraform and containerized environments. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple projects and the chance to level up your DevOps skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and refining CI/CD workflows;
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability;
  • Contribute to infrastructure design in collaboration with developers;
  • Manage AWS and Terraform infrastructure;
  • Provide ongoing support and implement optimizations for existing projects to ensure performance and reliability;
  • Collaborate with developers, offering guidance and assistance in addressing technical challenges;
  • Communicate directly with the client side to gather requirements, share updates, and provide technical information;
  • Participate in incident response and contribute to post-mortem analyses
  • Continuously monitor cloud and infrastructure costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in an outsourced IT company;
  • Practical experience with the cloud provider AWS (GCP/Azure a plus);
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions);
  • Proficient with Docker and Docker Compose;
  • Comfortable on Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS): basic administration and troubleshooting;
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform;
  • Automation of routine tasks, hands-on experience with one of the configuration management systems (Ansible a plus);
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and their deployment on cloud platforms;
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar;
  • Awareness of monitoring/logging tools (ELK, CloudWatch);
  • Experience in incident response and conducting post-mortem analysis to prevent future problems;
  • Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
  • Excellent time management skills and willingness to handle multiple tasks;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
