Middle DevOps Engineer

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Middle DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team at PT Fata Organa Solusi. In this role, you will primarily focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. You will collaborate closely with development teams and system administrators to automate deployment processes, implement monitoring solutions, and maintain infrastructure as code. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.

• Maintain Linux servers, Docker environments, and containerized applications.

• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Manage application deployment, reverse proxies, web servers, and networking configurations.

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application deployment, networking, and performance-related issues.

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.

• Implement infrastructure backup, security, and maintenance procedures.

• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and deployment efficiency.

• Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience administering Linux servers (Ubuntu or other distributions).

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Good understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, reverse proxies, and SSL/TLS.

• Experience configuring and maintaining NGINX or similar web servers.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions.

• Experience troubleshooting production environments and handling technical incidents.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Good documentation and communication skills.
  

Advantageous if:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Experience with Ansible or configuration management tools.

• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure scalability.

• Experience with application performance monitoring and load testing.

• Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure cost optimization.
