# Middle DevOps EngineerHybrid,RemoteColombiaMedellínYou'll join our Platform Engineering team to help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure and developer platforms that support secure, reliable software delivery. In this role, you'll administer core engineering tools, automate infrastructure with Terraform, strengthen access management, and support security and compliance initiatives across AWS, GitHub Enterprise, and Sonar Qube, working closely with engineering and security teams.**Required for this role*** **3–4+ years of experience** in **DevOps**, **Cloud Infrastructure**, **Platform Engineering**, or **Systems Administration**.* Hands-on experience administering **AWS**, including **AWS Organizations**, **Identity Center (SSO)**, **IAM**, and **AWS Account Factory**.* Strong experience with **Terraform** and **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** principles, including code reviews and maintaining high-quality infrastructure standards.* Experience administering **GitHub Enterprise** and **SonarQube Enterprise**, including permissions, upgrades, migrations, security settings, and integrations with **CI/CD** pipelines.* Experience working with **AWS ECS**, containerized applications, observability platforms such as **Datadog**, and automation using **AWS CLI**, **Git**, and **Linux**.* Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including **SSO**, **IAM**, **RBAC**, and least-privilege access principles.* Experience supporting **PCI DSS** and **SOX** compliance, including access reviews, audit remediation, and user lifecycle management.* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate infrastructure, platform, and application integration issues.* Strong communication skills and **Upper-Intermediate (B2)** or higher English proficiency.**Your responsibilities*** Administer **GitHub Enterprise**, including user onboarding and offboarding, team management, repository permissions, and audit log monitoring.* Manage **SonarQube Enterprise**, including project administration, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and integrations with **GitHub** security scanning.* Administer **AWS Identity Center**, **AWS Organizations**, and **AWS Account Factory**, managing users, permissions, accounts, access policies, billing configuration, and support requests.* Maintain **Datadog** integrations for cloud infrastructure, source control, code quality platforms, and containerized applications running on **AWS ECS**.* Conduct regular user access reviews across engineering platforms and ensure appropriate permissions and access governance.* Maintain and improve **CI/CD** pipelines for internal applications and platform services.* Review and approve **Terraform** pull requests, ensuring infrastructure changes follow security and quality best practices.* Support **PCI DSS** and **SOX** compliance initiatives through audit preparation, remediation activities, and ongoing access management.**What you get****Your time off*** Up to 15 paid vacation days annually* Additional unpaid days off* 19 Colombian public holidays**Learning & growth*** Sombra University workshops and internal learning programs* Tech Communities and knowledge sharing sessions* Language courses and workshops* Mentorship opportunities* Access to the Platzi online learning platform**And even more*** Company-provided work equipment* Internal referral program* Bonuses for getting married or the birth of a child* Sombra events and internal initiatives**Before you apply**Our recruitment team will carefully review your profile, and if we see a good match with the role, we’ll reach out to you shortly.If you don’t hear from us within 5 business days, it means we’ve decided to continue the process with other candidates for this position.
