Description
We’re looking for a Middle DevOps / SRE Engineer to help keep our multi-cloud production environment reliable, secure, and fast. You’ll join a globally distributed team working follow-the-sun — on everything from research and PoCs for new applications to deployment automation, security hardening, and day-to-day support for our developers.

Key Responsibilities
-Operate, monitor, and improve production infrastructure across AWS and Azure (incl. China regions).
-Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
-Proactively improve stability, performance, and security — preventing incidents before they happen.
-Respond to incidents within SLA, troubleshoot, and drive root-cause fixes.
-Support developers with infrastructure-related questions and unblock their work.
-Participate in the on-call rotation.

-Clear, consistent messaging across launches and campaigns
-Strong alignment between Product, PMM, Sales, and CE
-GTM efforts grounded in product reality and school calendars
-Increasing confidence across teams in how ManageBac+ is positioned
