Middle End-User Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Middle End-User Support Engineer to join our End-User Support Service in Ukraine and support our office in Vinnytsia.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues, and helping maintain the stability of the office IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the End-User Support team to ensure timely resolution of IT requests, deliver a positive user experience, and maintain accurate IT asset records.

Please note that this is an office-based position in Vinnytsia, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose operating system, hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
• Support and maintain the office IT infrastructure in collaboration with the team
• Work with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Assist with IT asset management, including tracking assets and maintaining accurate records
• Manage multiple support requests efficiently and ensure timely follow-up until resolution
• Communicate technical information clearly and provide a positive support experience for end users
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and contribute to the development of the End-User Support Service

Requirements

• Intermediate experience in end-user technical support
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Good troubleshooting skills, particularly in hardware issues and network connectivity
• Knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of basic hardware, software, and networking principles
• Understanding of basic IT asset management principles and experience with asset management processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• Self-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services
• Availability to work from the office in Vinnytsia from 9:00 to 18:00
