About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team and work on our core product – the Woofz app. If you have experience with Flutter development, a strong understanding of architectural approaches, and a desire to write clean code while working in a dynamic team, we'd love to have you on board!

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter development

• Ability to take ownership of tasks from clarification and estimation to implementation and testing

• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework fundamentals, including widgets, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and platform-specific behavior

• Experience with asynchronous programming in Dart, including Futures, Streams, isolates, and error handling

• Understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, OOP, and design patterns

• Experience working with SQLite and other local storage solutions

• Strong code quality mindset, including readability, consistency, lint rules, scalability, and long-term maintainability

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or technical research

• Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration

What You’ll Do

• Participating in grooming, planning, estimation, and technical discussions within the Agile development process

• Thinking through edge cases, technical risks, backward compatibility, experiment impact, and impact on existing functionality

• Communication with team members to clarify requirements

• Cross code review

• Being responsible for delivery timelines and proactively communicating risks or blockers

• Knowledge of Swift/Kotlin, native iOS/Android development experience

• Flutter Web development experience

• Experience in building and maintaining a custom Flutter plugin
