Middle Frontend Engineer (Merchant Portal)
Summary
Builds and maintains the merchant-facing web portal using React, state management libraries, and UI toolkits to deliver fast, responsive interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with a UI library like Ant Design or Material-UI and its components
- Experience with Recoil or Redux for state management
- Experience with React Query for data fetching and caching
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Skills to optimize frontend performance, minimize load times, and reduce resource usage
- Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library)
- Good communication skills to collaborate directly with designers and product managers to build delightful user experiences
