Middle Golang Engineer

We are seeking a Middle Go Developer in Vietnam (hybrid). You will build, test, release and support Go services running on Kubernetes in cloud environments. Working in an Agile team, you will help improve observability, performance and reliability while troubleshooting production issues and shipping features end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build Back-end services and microservices in Go to deliver product features
• Collaborate with Front-end engineers when UI work is required using Angular, Vue.js or React
• Design scalable service architecture and integrations on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Deploy, operate and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes
• Improve monitoring and support incident triage and root-cause analysis using Datadog or similar tools
• Maintain automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to predictable delivery
• Maintain technical documentation and support inner-source contributions

Requirements

• Go Language proficiency and proven experience building Back-end services
• Microservices development experience including API design and service integration
• Kubernetes skills for deployment, debugging and day-to-day operations
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience supporting cloud-based workloads
• Observability experience with Datadog or similar monitoring, logging and tracing tools
• DevOps mindset with hands-on exposure to continuous integration and delivery practices
• Agile experience working in Scrum teams
• English proficiency for day-to-day collaboration with global teams

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience improving CI/CD automation and developer productivity
