Middle Office Analyst
Summary
Middle Office Analyst reconciles trades, monitors exposures, and analyzes performance for a fintech trading platform, using Excel, SQL, and AI tools.
You support the trading lifecycle by reconciling trade executions and position data, monitoring exposures, analyzing trading performance, and supporting lending, settlement, and post-trade activities. You liaise with liquidity providers and counterparties and coordinate information across internal teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in middle office, back office, or related trading or financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of capital markets and financial products
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to generate dashboards with AI tools
- SQL experience
- Python knowledge is a plus
