Middle+ Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle+ Project Manager based in the United States.

As a Middle+ Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of projects involving innovative AI and technology solutions. You will bridge business and technical teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans. The role combines project leadership, business analysis, process optimization, technology implementation, and change management. You will manage multiple initiatives while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Your work will directly contribute to improving business processes, integrating technology, and enabling more efficient ways of working. You will collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams in a dynamic, technology-focused environment. This is an opportunity to shape meaningful AI-enabled improvements while owning delivery from initial concept through implementation.

• Lead projects from initial request through implementation, ensuring objectives are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple projects across business and technical departments while maintaining clear priorities and delivery plans.
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, dependencies, and risk management.
• Analyze business workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Translate research, process analysis, data insights, and gap assessments into actionable project requirements and improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, communicate progress, present outcomes, and manage expectations.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams, including defining scope, priorities, deliverables, and backlogs.
• Drive technology and business process improvements from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Lead change management activities and ensure stakeholders are engaged and prepared for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Coordinate the integration of business systems, workflows, processes, and technology solutions.
• Identify and address delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve project delivery practices and increase the impact of technology-enabled initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from initial request through successful implementation.
• Experience working within a product-focused company, technology environment, or startup with internal stakeholders and users.
• Hands-on experience managing digital products, SaaS solutions, technology initiatives, or AI-related projects.
• Practical experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes.
• Strong experience analyzing, redesigning, and improving business workflows, including implementations that extend beyond traditional software development or standard SDLC processes.
• Strong understanding of project planning, requirements management, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and implementation.
• Excellent ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, project plans, and actionable deliverables.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Business Analysis or Product Management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment involving emerging technologies, changing priorities, and complex business requirements.
