Middle Ruby Engineer

• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business logic and feature implementation
• Collaborate with your team through demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and internal knowledge-sharing events like Idea Talks
• Support project estimation and planning to align development efforts with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
• Work on continuous technology integration to keep the product and stack up to date
• Optionally, engage in mentoring, technical interviews, or share your knowledge during internal or external dev meetups

• At least 3 year of hands-on experience in software development with Ruby
• Solid understanding of databases such as Postgres and MongoDB
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Vue.js or React
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and Cucumber
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in communicating with English-speaking clients
• Strong experience with AI tools for agentic development
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP will be a plus
• A growth mindset and a passion for staying up to date with Ruby and industry best practices
