Middle Salesforce Administrator (Tableau)

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Cloud/Tableau Server.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration.
Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets.
Understanding of data analysis principles and reporting best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Ukrainian — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and reporting environments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot Salesforce and Tableau-related issues and provide user support.
Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for end users.

Nice to Have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification.
Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Apex or SOQL.
