The Job

Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, high-performance, efficient server-side applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Build and operate systems capable of handling high transaction volumes (hundreds of thousands per day), ensuring strong scalability, availability, and observability.
• Participate in basic DevOps activities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for new and existing applications.
• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile, and Product Owners to deliver features according to the roadmap.
• Participate in database design (SQL) and query optimization.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in Go programming language.
• Fundamental knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and deployment process
• Experience with Microservices Architecture or Event-Driven Architecture
• Proficient with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL)
• basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (GCP)
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication or technical document reading).
• Have experiences with Docker, k8s is a Plus
